REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns for any unworn, unwashed, or defective items within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

 

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to ensure availability.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and the same return conditions apply.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned item(s).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
